When a marriage breaks down, it is useful to get a Matrimonial or Separation agreement in place.  It is a written agreement used by a couple who are separating or have already separated to set out how their income or finances are to be divided.  Listen below to Clare Lenaghan, Head of Matrimonial and Family Law to find out more about the process.
