Eimhear is a Solicitor in our Residential Property team having qualified from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in September 2025.

Having worked in the Residential Property sector since graduating Queen’s University Belfast in 2021, Eimhear has extensive experience and advises on all aspects of residential property law. She primarily acts in sale, purchase, and re-financing transactions for both individuals and companies. She has also advised on Transfer of Equity, New Build purchases, and transactions through Co-Ownership.
