Emma is a Director in Millar McCall Wylie’s Commercial Disputes Team dealing with a wide range often high value and complex disputes.
Having qualified as a Solicitor in London in 2011, Emma is qualified to practise as a Solicitor in the jurisdictions of Northern Ireland and England and Wales. Emma joined MMW from another large commercial law firm in Northern Ireland where she worked for more than 8 years.
Emma has particular expertise in construction litigation, property litigation, IP disputes and defamation.
Emma is a member of the Property Litigation Association
