Molly is a solicitor in our corporate and commercial department after qualifying from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies with a distinction in September 2024.

Molly has gained extensive experience in a variety of corporate transactions including M&As, investment rounds, corporate restructurings, and shareholder arrangements. She has been involved in some of the highest value deals in Northern Ireland since joining the firm in 2021. Molly also advises on a range of banking and media matters.
