David is a Director in the Employment team.
David has significant experience acting for and advising companies on a broad range of employment issues including unfair dismissal, discrimination law, TUPE, Agency Worker Regulations and the General Data Protection Regulations 2018.
David also assists the firm’s commercial clients in dealing with complex Employment tax disputes and immigration matters.
David regularly provides training, seminars and webinars to clients on a range of employment matters.
