Sian is a Solicitor in the Employment team.

Sian has experience advising both employers and employees in contentious and non-contentious matters such as unfair dismissal, discrimination law, redundancy, equal pay, and unlawful deductions from wages.

Sian has a Postgraduate Certificate in NI Employment Law and Practice from Ulster University. Sian is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Group NI.
