Cathy is a Solicitor in the Employment Team.

Cathy graduated from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in 2024.

Since joining the team, Cathy has gained extensive experience working with both employees and employers on day-to-day employment issues and assisting with contentious and non-contentious matters such as unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, whistleblowing, redundancy, discrimination among other claims.

Cathy has also assisted with advising employers on a wide range of internal processes including employee dismissals, grievances and disciplinary procedures.
