Michael graduated from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in September 2026 and is now practicing as a solicitor in the corporate department.

Michael has experience on a variety of corporate transactions, including M&A, corporate restructuring, and shareholder arrangements.

He also has experience advising lenders on a range of banking matters.
