Emma graduated from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in 2025 and is now practicing as a solicitor in the corporate department.

Since joining the corporate team, Emma has developed experience in a wide variety of corporate transactions, including M&As, corporate restructurings, and shareholder arrangements.
