Gerard graduated from Queen’s University Belfast in 2022. He then obtained a Masters in Law from Trinity College Dublin, whilst also working in foreign affairs.

Gerard joined Millar McCall Wylie in September 2023, where he currently assists the employment department.

He began study at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in September 2023 and hopes to qualify as a solicitor in 2025.
