James McClean is a Solicitor at MMW having qualified from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in 2025.

Since graduating from Northumbria University in 2022, James McClean has built extensive experience in property law, working as both a Paralegal and a Trainee Solicitor prior to qualification.

James advises on all areas of residential property law, with particular expertise in sales, purchases and re-mortgages. He also acts in new build developments and is committed to providing clients with clear, practical guidance throughout the residential conveyancing process.
