Louise is an associate in the Media and Corporate departments.
She has extensive experience in all aspects of media law from project development and financing to distribution and exploitation across the film, television and creative industries.
She also regularly advises clients on drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements and on all aspects of corporate transactions including M&As, shareholder arrangements and restructuring.
