Robyn-Dee is an Associate in the firm’s corporate and commercial department having joined the firm in October 2024 following 5 years at the Belfast office of a global law firm.

Having qualified as a solicitor in 2018 following completing her apprenticeship with another commercial Belfast firm, Robyn-Dee is qualified to practise as a solicitor in both Northern Ireland and England & Wales.

She regularly advises clients on all aspects of corporate transactions including M&A, shareholder arrangements and restructuring.
