Roma graduated from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in 2023 and is now practising as a Solicitor in the corporate department.

Roma regularly advises clients on drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements and on all aspects of corporate transactions including M&As, shareholder arrangements and corporate finance.

She also has experience in advising on real estate property acquisitions, disposals and real estate finance as well as advising Lenders, Borrowers, Landlords and Tenants.
