Tonya is a Solicitor at MMW having qualified from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies with a Distinction in 2024.

She has extensive residential property experience having worked in the Real Estate sector since graduating from Queen’s University Belfast in 2019.

Tonya advises on all aspects of residential property law, primarily acting in sale, purchase and re-financing transactions. She has also managed a number of large housing developments and provides advice to both individuals and businesses in respect of the conveyancing process. Tonya also undertakes a number of transactions with Co-Ownership involvement.
