Rachel is a Senior Solicitor at MMW practising in the Private Client Team.

Having worked in private practise since graduating from Queens University Belfast in 2016 and finishing at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in 2021, Rachel has extensive experience in advising on general private client matters.

Rachel can advise high net worth clients and business owners in asset protection by way of succession/ exit planning, the drafting of wills, administration of estates, drafting and administration of trusts and care and capacity issues (including Controllership applications, the creation of Enduring Powers of Attorney and other matters relating to the Office of Care and Protection).
