Emma is a Director in Millar McCall Wylie’s Commercial Dispute Resolution Team dealing with a wide range often high value and complex commercial disputes.

Following her studies at Queen’s University Belfast and the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice, Emma qualified as a Solicitor in London in 2011.

Emma is qualified to practise as a Solicitor in the jurisdictions of Northern Ireland and England and Wales.

Emma has particular expertise in construction litigation, real estate litigation, commercial contractual disputes and IP disputes.

Emma is a member of the Property Litigation Association,  the Society of Construction Law UK and the Commercial Litigation Association of Ireland.
