Josh is a solicitor in our Employment Team, having qualified from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in September 2025.

Since starting in the Department, Josh has developed hands-on experience advising both employers and employees on a wide range of employment law matters. This includes supporting clients with claims involving unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, and whistleblowing, as well as assisting with internal processes such as disciplinary procedures, grievances, and performance management.
