He has considerable experience with all matters of Residential Conveyancing including: Buying and Selling in a Chain, Acting for First Time Buyers, Transfers of Equity, transactions arising from a Separation or Divorce, New Build property and Purchases with Northern Ireland Co-Ownership Housing Association Limited.

Ross also acts for some of Northern Ireland’s leading property developers and can provide advice with matters relating to site acquisitions, development set-up and site sales.

Ross can also assist with Applications for Controllership and registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney.
